From presidential inclusion in what should have been solely a matter for local authorities, to Department of Justice operatives fanning racial discord and orchestrating anti-defendant sentiment, the recently concluded Zimmerman trial is a case history of how racial politics has been instrumental in widening even further the already broad racial chasm in the U.S.
Given Florida law and the existing evidence, it would be difficult to see how the jury in the case could have arrived at any other verdict. Nevertheless, it goes without saying that race hustlers will berate the jury and continue to subject America to their tired, old refrain
In cases of black on black or black on white violence, the hustlers are mute. But when it comes to white on black and even half-white on black, the race hustlers hit the streets in an effort to create a cause-celebre, and, in the process, create bigger bulges in their overflowing billfolds. In effect, the race hustlers have created their very own profitable cottage industry, which requires constant promoting in the form of contrived incidents and an ongoing marketing plan based on race-baiting. Coupled with a president who is unable to distinguish the greater good of the nation from his own race-centered parochialism, racialist entrepreneurs are well positioned for grand remuneration.
In the rapper/thug culture that is endemic in the lives of many in the inner portions of big cities, young black men regularly perpetrate mayhem and murder on one another. But, in these instances, the hustlers are absolutely mute, owing to the diminished odds for personal gain.
Until the wealthy so-called "reverends" begin to preach against the sickness at home which condemns individuals like "star witness" Rachel Jeantel to bleak lives without hope of intellectual, moral or cultural advancement, I, for one, shall continue to question their motives.
